Canada is thrilled to participate in Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan! 

The Canada Pavilion will be our country’s flagship experience at the Expo 2025 Osaka. Centred on the concept of Regeneration, the pavilion will showcase Canada’s diversity, creativity, and commitment to sustainability.

Hosted every five years in different locations around the world, World Expos are a vibrant global showcase for human ingenuity, culture and entertainment. At World Expos, nations come together to share ideas and inspire collaboration. Expo 2025 in Japan will address global challenges, and bring people together to find innovative solutions for a better future.

Designing Future Society for our Lives

The theme of Expo in 2025, “Designing Future Society for our Lives”, is about creating sustainable and inclusive communities, demonstrating a commitment to shaping a better world for generations to come.

This Expo focuses on making progress towards the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. Japan is also introducing the design concept of ‘People’s Living Lab’ that serves as a guideline for participants, inviting them to work together to develop new solutions for global problems.
